DISPUTE RESOLUTION

EVIDENCE OF DELIVERY

You acknowledge that our system records and logs all digital product deliveries, IP addresses, device information, and timestamps. These records, along with this agreement, will be provided to payment processors and financial institutions as evidence in the event of a dispute.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES

The digital product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No-Refund Policy in its entirety, including the prohibition against chargebacks and fraud reports. This confirmation will be stored along with your purchase details as part of our records.
